Double room in 3 bed flat, London Bridge / Borough

We're looking for a girl to replace our flatmate who is moving out at the end of August! Available from 28/08/2026.

Location - very central & well connected! Under 10min walk to both London Bridge (jubilee, northern line, trains) and Borough (northern line), as well as a range of buses. Local Sainsburys and Tesco express under 5mins walk. Walking distance from Bermondsey Street with lots of options for going out, as well as Borough Market and small local parks.

The flat - 4th floor flat. Shared kitchen with usual amenities (oven, hob, microwave, washing machine) and view of the shard! Small shared living room / reading corner. X1 toilet room and x2 bathrooms (both with showers). Bedroom is a good size, comes with the double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe (so desk and chair not included - but plenty of space for your own one if needed).

Flatmates - Alice: 25y old, works in speech and language therapy in the NHS (mix of wfh and office). Likes chill evenings in, cooking new dishes and reading. Also enjoys dance and gym classes, going out with friends for drinks or coffee.
Clotilde: 26y old, works in higher education (in office 5 days a week) and works as a film and TV critic on the side. Like reading, baking, and of course watching movies! Also enjoys a cozy night in and swimming occasionally.
You: looking for someone with a similar vibe who we get on well with!

Costs:
Rent - £850 per month
Bills (water, gas, wifi, council tax) - approx £120 - 150 per month (varies winter to summer)
Deposit - £850

Very responsive landlord who has been very helpful with any issues that crop up.
