We’re looking for a clean and considerate flatmates to join our home! Move in is 25th November or someone who can move in during that week.

Two of the flatmates are moving out to get closer to work. The current flatmates both work fairly regular hours, so someone who works roughly 9-5 and has their own routine and social life would probably fit in well.

We’re looking for someone who is respectful of the communal space, keeps things clean and tidy (hygiene is very important to us), and is mindful of noise and other people’s routines, especially as the walls are quite thin 😅

The flat is still a bit of a WIP and we’re gradually making it feel like home. We’re therefore looking for someone who isn’t too fussed about everything being perfectly decorated or fully finished. We’re making improvements as we go, so if you’re happy with a home that’s still evolving, you’ll fit right in!

You’ll be signing a contract through a letting agent, who also manages the property, so everything is handled formally through them. RE the bills- water is £77 per month (fixed), Wi-Fi is TBC as we need a new contract (roughly £30?), council tax £173, and electricity + gas was roughly around £50 for the summer. The bills will be split 4 ways.

The flat is around an 8-minute walk from Borough Station and is in a fairly safe neighbourhood, although it can get a little noisy at weekends. The location is one of the biggest perks- around 10 minutes to Bermondsey Street, 15 minutes to London Bridge and Elephant & Castle, and around 20 minutes to Southwark.
