Double room in modern, clean, London townhouse

Second floor room with good natural light available in Terraced house. Comes furnished with double bed, built-in storage and done-up living room and open plan dining and kitchen area.

The property has three showers (one of which is also a bath), and three toilets. So between a house of 4 there is never ever any waiting for someone even in morning commute rushes.

There are two bigger rooms and two smaller rooms - the room available is one of the smaller ones, although your room still comfortably fits a double bed, extra storage and a desk - that's how it is set up now! However if you'd like to remove the desk and put it in the study that is an option - as having one of the smaller rooms you have priority on desk space in the study - which is another good space with good natural light

Live with Dip, Tim, and Noah - three 29-30 year olds who all grew up in London (Kingston/Wimbledon area), we're all very chill with when it comes socialising in the communal areas and also having solo de-stim time. The communal spaces are really great to hang out in, watch movies/TV and just generally chill/eat/chat.

We're all clean and keep the place in good nick. The property comes with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Our other housemate has to move out in a rush as they have found a gem of a flat and the move in date is very soon so we're looking for someone to fill the room as soon as the 8th November, and ideally no later than the 17th (very rushed we know!)

We're pretty chill, friendly, and on at least one occasion each have probably been described as funny and/or good craic. We'd love to live with someone who's left-wing and tolerant.

Although none of the remaining housemates are queer, this listing is queer-friendly.
