Double room available in a spacious house for a MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY. . .

Overview
I am letting a newly-decorated double room in a 3 bedroom Victorian house, on a quiet street in Bowes Park, North London. The room has a desk/table, bedside table, double bed, storage space, wifi and access to the house Sky subscription, with all bills included in the rent. The house has a shared bathroom and full use of the kitchen and lounge is available too. A cleaner comes twice a week and changes bedding weekly. Street parking is available and you will be sharing with the owner, a retired lecturer, and one other long-term tenant, who lets another room in the house Monday-Wednesday.

Transport Links
Transport links are excellent. Bowes Park Overground is less than 5 minutes walk (250 meters) from the house and gets you to Moorgate in 25 minutes. There are 4-5 trains per hour. Bounds Green Tube Station is a 10 minute walk away– it is on the Piccadilly line and will get you into Piccadilly Circus, in the heart of central London, in 25 minutes.

The Neighbourhood
Bowes Park is a lovely and safe area with a truly neighbourly feel and great sense of community. The house is very near the artisan shops, cafes and bars of Myddleton Road. The magnificent Alexandra Palace, with its extensive park, is very close by as are the fantastic Turkish and Greek restaurants of Green Lanes. The main shopping centre, Wood Green, with its big chains and Vue cinema, is a tube stop away, but you will find everything you need locally.
