The area is quiet and safe; occupied largely by middle class families with local schools and shops nearby and was recently voted ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE IN LONDON by The Guardian.
ABOUT YOU:
This is a Monday-Friday licence let only (as the room will need to be cleared for use at weekends) and will suit a non smoking/vaping professional commuter (female preferred) who has a permanent residence elsewhere. A quiet, clean and tidy person, (requiring no visitors) who simply wants somewhere well connected and peaceful where they can relax after work each day.
References, photo Id, proof of main residence council tax and employment will be required in addition to the deposit and first month's rent. N. B If less than 4 nights is required each week, then the rent would be adjusted accordingly.
