Single bedroom available from the 15th of July in a house with 2 more bedrooms and an en-suite loft. The house has 1 bathroom on the ground floor and another toilet on the 1st floor serving the 3 bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a cinema projector with screen and sound system. While it is a smoke-free house, there is a heated terrace available and a small cute garden where smoking is allowed.

The house is spacious, with plenty of light over the three floors and you will benefit from a big window where you can see the sky from the bed. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, a large freezer, a gas stove, an electric oven, a separate convection oven, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a bread making machine, and a water filtering system. We are mostly ovo-lacto-vegetarian, and we like to share dinner and enjoy a glass of wine every now and then.

You will share with three professionals (1 woman and 2 men) aged between 34 and 44.

The space will suit someone who wants to connect, is gentle, relaxed and respectful. We are flexible and happy to have people over but it is important to check with the others before having guests.

The house is conveniently located 5 min from Bounds Green tube station, 5 min from Bowes Park and a 15 min walking distance from Alexandra Palace.

The rent is 580/month plus utilities of approx. 170 making a total of £750.
