We’re looking for two lovely new housemates to join our cosy 4-bedroom home in Bounds Green / Bowes Park (N13) from 10th August 💛

We’ve been living here together for the past year and genuinely love the house and the little home we’ve created here. We’re hoping to find people who are looking for more than just somewhere to stay, ideally future friends who enjoy the occasional chat in the kitchen, movie nights, shared dinner, or spontaneous plans, while still respecting each other’s space 🥰

We’re also quite house-proud, so we’d love to live with people who are very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, everyone chips in to keep the house feeling calm and homely ✨

• One bathroom upstairs + one downstairs
• Washer-dryer (sadly no dishwasher)

• 12 min walk to Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) → around 20 mins to King’s Cross
• 10 min walk to Bowes Park Station (National Rail) → around 25 mins to Moorgate
• Around 25 mins into central London / Oxford Street
• Morrisons Palmers Green is a 15 min walk away, plus lots of cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby
• Buses at the end of the road get you to both stations in 5 mins ☺️
• Broomfield Park is nearby for walks, runs, or picnics & Alexandra Palace is a 25 min walk 🌳
