We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our 4-bedroom home in Bounds Green / Bowes Park! It’s a really exciting time as we only just moved in last month, so the house is still fresh and a bit bare so we’d love to find someone who wants to help us turn it into a cosy, vibrant home. Think fairy lights, plants, a few fun trips to IKEA, and making the space somewhere we all feel happy to come home to 🪴✨

The girl who’s moving out only moved in last month too. It was her first time living in London, and she wanted to try living a bit further out because the house has a garden and really spacious bedrooms. She’s realised the commute to Hackney for work is just too much, and most of her friends are in South London, which ends up being about an hour and a half away. So, she’s decided to move somewhere closer to work and her friends.

We’d really love to live with someone who isn’t just a housemate but also a friend, someone who enjoys chatting over dinner, the occasional movie night, or spontaneous plans, while also respecting each other’s space 🥰

Great location:
15 min walk to Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) → around 20 mins to Kings Cross
10 min walk to Bowes Park (National Rail) → around 25 mins to Moorgate
Closest supermarket is Morrisons Palmers Green (10 min walk), with lots of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby
Buses at the end of the road take you to Bounds Green and Bowes Park stations in 4-7 mins if you don’t feel like walking ☺️
Broomfield Park is nearby — perfect for walks or picnics 🌳

£1100/month (including all bills) – very spacious upstairs bedroom that gets tonnes of natural light☀️

You’d be sharing with three other women.

I’m Nicola, 25, and I work in Real Estate.

Emily is 29 and works as a Room Manager in a nursery.

Rahema is 23, a master’s student studying law who also works part-time at wine events🍷
