I’m offering a bright, modern double room with your own private bathroom in a beautiful two-bedroom, new-build flat, shared with just one other person (me). The kitchen and living room are shared, creating a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
This beautiful new-build apartment is located in a private building of just five flats, creating a peaceful, secure, and relaxed environment. The building benefits from excellent security, including CCTV in and outside the building, giving you extra peace of mind throughout your stay. The flat is spacious and filled with natural light during the day and is warm and cosy all year round. During the warmer months, opening the windows allows a lovely breeze to flow through the apartment, keeping it fresh and comfortable.

The room is available on a flexible short-term basis, whether that’s week by week or on a rolling month-by-month arrangement. If you’d like to extend your stay, I’m happy to discuss this towards the end of the agreed booking.

Whether you’re visiting London for work, working remotely, enjoying a holiday, or simply looking for a peaceful place to recharge, this space offers everything you need. If you value a calm, respectful, and quiet home, you’ll feel right at home here.

You will be sharing the flat with me, a 36 years old woman. I am a foodie and enjoy getting to know new people.
You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy. The bedroom includes a dedicated desk, making it ideal for remote working, along with generous wardrobe and storage space for all your belongings.

You’ll have shared access to the fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also features a comfortable living room and a balcony, creating a bright and pleasant living environment.

I’m ideally looking for someone in their late 20s or 30s+ who is very clean, tidy, respectful, independent, considerate and values a peaceful home. This space would suit someone who doesn’t cook extensively and appreciates a calm, well-maintained living environment.
Mutual respect, kindness, and good communication make for the best stay, and I hope you’ll treat this home with the same care and consideration you would your own.

The room is available on both a monthly and short-term weekly basis.

For monthly stays, the rent is £1,400 per month, inclusive of all bills.

For weekly stays, the rate is £600 per week, which reflects the additional costs of cleaning between stays, laundry facilities, utilities, and the convenience of a fully furnished room with all essential amenities provided. Everything you need is already here, so you can simply arrive with your suitcase and settle in.

If you’re staying on a monthly basis, I’d ideally prefer someone who travels light, as the kitchen is already fully equipped with cookware, crockery, cutlery, and everyday essentials. You’re welcome to use what’s provided, so there’s no need to bring lots of additional household items.

House Rules

To help keep this home peaceful and enjoyable for everyone, I kindly ask that you respect the following:

* No smoking anywhere on the property.
* No parties, loud music, excessive noise, visitors, or overnight guests.
* No pets, illegal activities, business activities, or third-party bookings.
* Please respect the neighbours and keep communal areas quiet and tidy.
* Keep your bedroom, private bathroom, and all shared spaces clean throughout your stay.
* Please treat the home, furniture, appliances, and belongings with care, and don’t move or tamper with the Wi-Fi or security equipment.
* The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. You’re welcome to use what’s provided, but please ask before using any personal items that belong to me.
* While you’re welcome to prepare meals, this home is best suited to someone who cooks lightly rather than frequently.
* Please dispose of rubbish responsibly and report any maintenance issues or accidental damage as soon as possible.

The flat is 10 minutes walk to Bounds Green station. Easy and quick commute to central London and anywhere else in London.
