Hi! We’re three friends who’ve just signed on a gorgeous newly refurbished 4-bed house in Bounds Green, and we’re looking for a fourth housemate to complete the household. Our old landlord sold up, so we’re off to pastures new (aka Bounds Green), and we’d love someone to share it with.

Built-in wardrobes
- Available furnished or unfurnished, whichever suits you
- Dimensions are in the photos (Bedroom 1)
- Bills not included, estimated at £150 pcm per person
The house:
- Newly refurbished throughout, with brand new kitchen appliances (washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher)
- Spacious living room plus a separate dining area
- Two bathrooms (bath/shower + WC, and a downstairs shower + WC) plus an extra upstairs WC
- Large private garden, perfect for summer evenings
- Council Tax Band D
Location:
- Fantastic transport links in quiet neighbourhood
- Under 2 minutes’ walk to Bowes Park (Great Northern line, 25 mins direct to Moorgate)
- 5 minutes’ walk to Bounds Green Tube (Piccadilly line, for Finsbury Park, King’s Cross etc.)
