****NO PHONE CALLS ***** Our 1000 square foot ground floor flat is really close to Victoria Park, the Olympic Park, Hackney Wick, the canals etc. so great for doing stuff outdoors and socialising. We are into surfing so there is a beach feel to the space, real oak kitchen floor, counter and farrow and ball painted kitchen.

The room is a double and you will have your own bathroom opposite with a shower and bath. You will have a large cupboard outside of your room for storage.

There is a utility cupboard with a washer/ dryer and the flat has a big kitchen/living room with a dishwasher and TV, as well as a small garden/patio out the back. There is a desk space in the living room, so it’s great for those who work from home although I would prefer that a flat mate was hybrid with their days in and out the office.

We have a concierge, security and a post/parcel drop-off service, as well as a monthly cleaner.

The number 8 bus stop is 2 mins walk and takes you to Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Liverpool St etc. Bow Road underground station and Bow Church DLR are less than 10 mins for easy commuting into the City, West End and Canary Wharf.

We have super fast broadband.

We live in Devon and use the other room & ensuite sporadically - for work or weekends in London. You would have the flat to yourself most of the time. Very occasional we will stay in the other bedroom room at the weekend as a family with our little girl. Mostly though my partner Nicky will use the room when she is working in London - this can vary but is a couple of times a month, sometimes more but then we can go for months without being there at all.

We are looking for a person e who are clean and tidy and respect our home when we are not there. When we mean clean and tidy we really mean it. We will only consider people who can prove that they arent the "leave the dishes in the sink, never take the bin out" kind of people. If you go on holiday and leave food in the fridge we probably arent going to get on:-)

RENT £1200 for a single person, (inclusive of all bills, cleaner every month and concierge, council tax.)
