Description
Home away from home with only 2 other flatmates (this is not a party flat)
Double bedroom available from end 1st December! Why consider renting it?
+ great location
+ living with only 2 other women (young professionals - mature and fun)
+ sharing a bathroom with only one other person (did I mention it is almost 5 m2?)
+ the room overlooks the balcony, a small garden and a playground
+ loads of storage space and less surfaces to clutter things on.
What is great about the apartment:
=> newly built - everything in the flat is brand-new
=> 30 m2 living room & kitchen
=> dishwasher! Who wants to wash dishes by hand anyway :D
=> amazing location for work: super well connected with The City, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf
=> amazing location for fun: 10 min away by bike from Victoria Park, Roman Road, Westfield and Stratford
=> huge balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or work from
=> fast fibre internet
=> bike shed where you can keep your bike (if you have one)
=> gated development
=> this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, it is a home
=> the monthly fee includes rent, utilities and everything that flatmates tend to fight over - toilet paper, washing powder, cleaning materials.
The current flatmates: a well-travelled German who has lived in London for 12 years - easy going and full of stories about the London dating scene. A mostly extroverted Brit who is kind, reliable and loves cooking for other people. Both working professionals with their own lives who love coming together to share their day for dinner.
Who we are looking for?
Our ideal flatmate is someone who is tidy, tolerant and considerate. Someone who is looking for a home in London and who would be fine with our cleaning schedule (we like things clean around here). You are a mature and sensible human being respecting privacy and good night sleep. NO COUPLES sorry. You get extra points if you want to hang out occasionally :D
Heads-up:
=> we have a cleaning schedule for the common spaces
=> no loud noise after 10pm because we love our beauty sleep
=> this is not a party flat. Occasional dinner parties are fine.
Introverts are absolutely welcome. We don't need to be friends, but it would be great if we could actually talk to each other and have some funnn!
If this sounds like a great deal to you, drop us a message telling us a bit about yourself, what kind of flatmates you'd love to be living with and what you expect of the next place you move into.
We look forward to your message!
