The room is available for Monday to Friday Let for those who live outside London but need to work from London through the week.

The Room
Spacious double room with double bed, wardrobe, desk, bookcase and drawers. I'm happy to add or remove items of required.

Linen and towels can be provided and cleaned between your stays.

You are welcome to leave belongings in flat over weekends though I may use room on occasion for friends and family visiting.

The Flat
• The flat is sunny and spacious, filled with plants and mid-century furniture.
• The kitchen and living rooms space are connected but have a small wall between them.
• Small balcony with table, chair and umbrella which is a nice place to sit on summer.
• Small functional bathroom and kitchen with dining wear and cookware available for use.
• Flats on 4th floor of low-rise block alas there is no lift. I know and have great relationships with all the neighbors
• All bills included including Council Tax, Water, Internet, TV Subscriptions License, and Who gives a crap toilet roll subscription, cleaning and cleaning products.

About me
I’m a live in landlord on week nights I'm usually
early to bed and early to rise. Usually be up by around 5:30 am, leaving for work or swimming pool if working from home around 7:30 and in bed reading by around 9:30 -10 pm.

Usually at cinema on Wednesday nights through winter and at softball one week night evening in the summer.

Good transport link with
- Bow Road Tube for Hammersmith and City and District Line
- Hackney Wick Overground for the Mildmay
- Bow Church for the DLR
- Good selection local busses
- 3 TFL bike stands within 5 minutes of flat meaning you get Stafford or Mike end in 10 mins, Algate and Canary Wharf in 20 and Central London on 35
