We have a bright and airy double room in a clean, quiet and friendly, purpose-built ground floor flat share in Bow. The rent is £880 per month with all bills and wifi included. The room is furnished with storage galore, with a double bed, in-built wardrobe, a chest of drawers.
*THE AREA*
The area is safe and has so much to explore with shops, parks, canals, Westfield's, Canary Wharf and the eclectic inner East London areas right at your doorstep. Our flat is in a quiet residential street a block back from Bow Road, so you get to be close to all of these conveniences without having to hear them so it is the best of all worlds.
Where we are is very well connected transport wise- less than 2 mins walk to Bow Church DLR and 5 mins walk to Bow Road tube station (District Line and Hammersmith and City line, one stop/10 min walk from Mile End for the Central Line). You can get to the City in 15 minutes and to central London in 20 minutes. We are by the central line night tube, which means you can go out all night in Central, Clapham or Brixton and still get the tube home, massive perks!
*THE CURRENT FLATMATES*
We are two sociable and relaxed people looking for a third to complete the set. Adam is a 37 yo working in IT and Samy is a 39 yo pastry chef. We are mostly out in the day for work during the week and enjoy getting out and about on the weekend. We have a nice friendly vibe and enjoy hanging out in the kitchen up at the end of the day when are home together making dinner or heading outside for a drink and a chat. We like to get out and about and socialise but don't have parties in the flat so it is nice and peaceful for those who want to feel at home and not worry about being disturbed late at night.
*WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR*
We are preferably looking for a responsible and tidy professional who likes to socialise and is looking for a nice home atmosphere rather than just a place to live, or even somebody who just wants to enjoy their own space is just as welcome. A preference to somebody who doesn’t need to work from home everyday. Gay friendly is important.
