We have a nice and spacious double room to let in our happy home in Bow.
Our lovely flatmate is moving back to Japan and we are looking for a nice addition to our flat share.
We are Fo and Kylie, both in the creative industries and very easy going and respectful :)
I am Bulgarian and Kylie is Australian. We are both very considerate of your own space and also sociable and friendly. We also love a chat about art, fashion, photography, cinema etc..
We have been delighted to call this flat our home for the past year and a half and would love to live with someone who is looking for that quiet oasis. Must be always clean, pays all bills on time and is responsible for themselves and helps out others too. Does their dishes and puts puts them away. Easygoing, considerate of others and proactive about the household. Strictly a single person who is a non smoker and without pets (unfortunately, the agency does not allow). This is a quiet home, therefore no parties or noise after a reasonable time (from 10-11pm onwards)
It’s a lovely inviting room with a double bed available from 1st of September. The flat comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, bathroom and separate toilet. No lounge room.
A reference check will be done by the agency where you will need to prove your income and right to rent along with references from your employer and/or landlord.
Rent is £700 per month to be paid on the 1st of each month.
Deposit - £807
Utility bills (Internet, Gas, Electricity and Water) - £36 per person, per month
Council tax - £49.66 per person, per month
It’s a quiet residential area with a lot of great transport links. Mile End Park and Victoria park are within walking distance. We are also situated right between Stratford and Canary Wharf which makes it perfect for shopping and going out.

15 minutes away from Bromley by Bow Underground station
