The location is fantastic - just 5 mins from Bow Church and a 10 min walk to either Bromley by Bow or Bow Road (both on the district line). Mile End (central line) is approximately a 15 minute walk away. There are supermarkets really nearby, with a Tesco Superstore a 10 min walk away, Asda about 5 mins away and various smaller convenience stores dotted around the place.
About the room
The available room has an ensuite bathroom, in-built wardrobes with plenty of storage space and a door that opens out directly onto the balcony.
The bills over the last year have totalled approx £150 per month (Council tax band D, water, wifi, electricity and gas). However, please be aware that the electricity and gas can fluctuate, particularly in the winter months.
As a flatmate I am very friendly, funny and easy going. I'm really into music as well as personal development and enjoy spending time with friends as well as relaxing at home. I have a busy job so although I would enjoy socialising sometimes (for example sharing a meal together), I do also value my own personal space. Cleanliness and clear communication are qualities I would love to see in a new flatmate, as well as someone kind and considerate. It would be wonderful to have another professional who has similar wants and needs to me.
