Looking for a New Flatmate!

I’m already living in this 2-bedroom flat and I’m looking for a flatmate to create a friendly and sociable home.
No living room, but a cosy kitchen to share meals, conversations and a glass of wine 🍷

💫 Ideal Flatmate
Preferably a gay guy or an easygoing girl, someone open-minded, social and respectful.
I’m not looking for just someone who closes the door – I like good vibes at home!

📍 Location Bow Road, East London (E3)
🛤 4 min walk to Devons Road (DLR)
🛏 Double room available (Single use)
💷 £900/month
📆 Available from 15th November maybe 1st November
🧾 Bills included (up to £120 each). If it goes over, I will cover the difference.
🧻 + £10/month for household essentials & cleaner every 6 weeks.
🗓 Minimum stay: 6 months (Max 1 year or longer if we vibe well!)
🚫 Important – No Pets & No Remote Workers. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

💁‍♀️ About Me
I’m friendly, social and work full-time in hospitality (Mon–Fri, weekends off).
I also do Network Marketing with health and beauty products, so I appreciate good energy, a positive mindset and open-minded people.
I love dancing, house music, fashion, street markets, travelling, Japanese food and of course… red wine 🍷
Clean, tidy and always up for a laugh or a little kitchen catch-up.
