Sub-letting my balcony room in our beautiful canal side home next to victoria park for around 4 weeks (06.07 to 07.08ish, but flexible). Price includes bills and cleaner every fortnight!

👨👩👦👦 Housemates: 3 guys in their late 20s: Jim, Jack, and Ben are all friends and bring a clean, communal vibe to the place. Bonus points if you too have a monosyllabic name.
🧻 Cleanliness rating: 7/10 (clean and tidy, but not anxiety-inducing).
👯♂ Social rating: 6/10 - we like hanging out when we're in the house together but all work in-office 5 days a week.
🛋️ Furnishings: I am flexible regarding how much I leave and what you may need to use - just let me know!
