Beautiful house with Large Dble room in quiet mews

Hey,
So, my lovely housemate is moving on to the next stage of her life, so I have a large double bedroom. In a secluded mews, a stones throw away from the station, available from 1st November.

We are luckily to have so many open areas - Victoria park, Mile end Park close by, including a secluded square metres from the front door.

The room itself is the larger of the 2 in the house with it's own ensuite shower room. Comes full furnished with room to add more if you wish.

We get amazing sun through the house. With a private garden/patio benefiting from this for most of the day.

A really nice social open plan kitchen , dining and living room. With plenty of space for 2 to work from home if need be.

And to top it off we live in a really nice community where everyone in the Mews get on well and look out for each other. Something very rare in London!

What you see is what you get 😊
I work in the city 9-5 in events. Because I work in a beautiful listed building I don't actually have a huge number of late nights, so no constant 2am arrivals from me. I am quite a homebody. I am social in and out of the house, as well as like my own space. Currently single, so no 3rd person constantly staying over!

Would like someone on the same level: Love to cook, keep house clean, we don't need to best friends, but the random cheeky drink, laughs, movies is always welcome 🤗

To be honest, best to meet in person and see how the vibe is between us 😊.

Bills work out to be approx -£200per month. This includes council tax, water, electricity, gas, TVlicence and broadband.
