Beautiful house with Large Dble room in quiet mews

Hey,
So, my lovely housemate is moving on to the next stage of her life, so I have a large double bedroom. In a secluded mews, a stones throw away from the station, available within the next few weeks!

We are luckily to have so many open areas - Victoria park, Mile end Park close by, including a square metres from the front door.

The room itself is the larger of the 2 in the house with it's own ensuite shower room. Comes full furnished with room to add more if you wish.

We get amazing sun through the house. With a private garden/patio benefiting from this for most of the day.

A really nice social open plan kitchen , dining and living room. With plenty of space for 2 to work from home if need be.

And to top it off we live in a really nice community where everyone in the Mews get on well and look out for each other. Something very rare in London!

What you see is what you get 😊
I work in the city 9-5 in events. Because I work in a beautiful listed building I don't actually have a huge number of late nights, so no constant 2am arrivals from me. I am quite a homebody. I am social in and out of the house, as well as like my own space. Currently single, so no 3rd person constantly staying over!

Would like someone on the same level: Love to cook, keep house clean, the random cheeky drink, laughs, movies, and desperately trying to get back into an exercise routine. At present it's weekend walks around the park!

To be honest, best to meet in person and see how the vibe is between us 😊.

Bills are approx -£200-220 per month, just sorting out new deals so hopefully a little lower. This includes council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband.
