My current flatmate is sadly leaving in August and I'm looking for someone else to share the flat with.
I'm 30, girl from Mexico. I work in design full time, I enjoy spending time at home, cooking, going to concerts, doing yoga workouts at home, going to parks, design events, traveling, hanging out with friends.
I'm looking for someone very clean and respectful of common spaces, friendly so we can hang out :)
Other important info:
- Council tax is currently 150 aprox (÷2)
- The building has a bike locker room
- Bills usually will be around 100 per month
- Victoria Park is very close and really nice to go to
- There's a high street nearby with everything you'll need
- Stratford center is 15 on a bike
- The room has a private bathroom but it's outside the room
