The flat itself is top-floor with a private balcony overlooking Canary Wharf and Central London—sunsets here are the real bonus. The balcony is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Open-plan living room, modern kitchen with all appliances, washing machine, and even bike storage on the ground floor. Tesco Express and Anytime Fitness are right downstairs, plus Roman Road’s shops and markets are around the corner.
Transport links are great: Bow Road & Bow Church (10–15 min walk), Mile End (10–15 min), Hackney Wick (20 min). The 8 Bus stop is 6 minutes away.
Move Time: Looking around end of September or October (there’s some flexibility).
About me: I’m the current main tenant, originally from California, and have been in London for 4 years.
