I am looking for a responsible, fun, and easy-going professional to share this awesome flat in Bow. The ensuite double room comes with loads of natural light, built-in storage, a desk (if you want it), and a private bathroom with shower. Flat is furnished.

The flat itself is top-floor with a private balcony overlooking Canary Wharf and Central London—sunsets here are the real bonus. The balcony is perfect for a morning coffee or an evening wind-down. Open-plan living room, modern kitchen with all appliances, washing machine, and even bike storage on the ground floor. Tesco Express and Anytime Fitness are right downstairs, plus Roman Road’s shops and markets are around the corner.

Transport links are great: Bow Road & Bow Church (10–15 min walk), Mile End (10–15 min), Hackney Wick (20 min). The 8 Bus stop is 6 minutes away.

Move Time: Looking around end of September or October (there’s some flexibility).

About me: I’m the current main tenant, originally from California, and have been in London for 4 years. I love keeping a clean, peaceful home but also the kind of place where friends can overlap over wine or tea. I travel routinely, so semi-regularly you’ll have the place to yourself. Rent is £1,100 + £150 bills (total £1,250). with a super chill landlord. Building is decently kept, no issues or problems. Heat pump in the building keeps it cool on warm days. (Council tax band D).
