Hi All,

Our flatmate is moving out and it is time to find a new friend to sign our next contract.

We live in a spacious 4 bed, 1.5 bath house just off Roman Road. The location is very conveniently a 5 min walk to Victoria Park and a 10 min walk to mile end station. The iconic bus no.8 takes right into central London, connecting from Shoreditch, Liverpool street, Holborn and Oxford circus. We are lucky to have a spacious kitchen and living room and a decently sized balcony as well. The biggest green flag is our extremely understanding and prompt Landlord.

As a household, we are very flexible and like to give everyone their space. We have a cleaning rota which helps maintain the house regularly. We have a lot of storage space as well.

The council tax is bracket C and bills are in between £80-100 each month.
