Description
2026 greetings everyone.
One of our longterm flatmates is moving countries, and we are looking for someone to take over their lease. Flat is on the periphery of Victoria Park. And room comes with three indoor wardrobes, so even more roomier than it looks.
Available as of February 15th [but available from end of January, if you need to move in earlier]
Just looking for a considerate soul. And someone who isn’t noisy or untidy in shared spaces. It’s been 3 chaps and one lady, and one of the chaps is leaving, so another lady to make it 2&2 is preferred. But viewings most definitely open to all. Current tenants - nhs worker, fashion designer + dog groomer.
Rent is 845 quid a month. Shared bills work out to about an extra 100 quid, which flactuates seasonally, depending on heating usage.
Landord rents this place via an agency. And they ask that:
Person earns a minimum of £22,500 per annum to pass affordability for a rent share, and will have to pay just under a month’s deposit”
That requirement by them is out of hands. Unfortunately.
If all this sounds ok… come for a viewing this weekend? Looking to sort this out ASAP
