Description
Beautiful house by Tredegar Square, Bow in a quiet gated mews only 2 minutes walk to Mile End tube. 2 stops from Liverpool St station, 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. There are 8 houses adjoining.
Newly built with a small designer garden.
The house has 4 generous size bedrooms all with high quality double beds, a large living room and kitchen with spacious dining area. There is plenty of storage.
Tredegar Square is cited by agents the best address in East London.
The house's facia echoes the old Victorian warehouse and is built using its bricks with one wall still standing, now a garden wall. But the interior is spacious and modern with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. .
On the ground floor is a large living room with French windows opening onto the small garden. The kitchen/dining area has granite tops, double sink with pull -out hose, 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is bike storage shed.

The others at the house:
Tom
Philip, 34, managing director of a Software start up in the Logistics Tech industry. Easy to get on with.
Tom, 28, has just moved to London from New Zealand. Works as a software engineer and has similar interests to some of the existing housemates like chess, movies, gaming and football.
Brendan, 26, Joined this house in February. software developer, was commuting but would be disappointed to end up working in London without living there. Tidy and reliable housemate and blessed to have a great group of friends in London, but hopes to build a close friendship with future flatmates too, to socialise with, and show him even more of what there is to do in London. Likes park runs and outdoor swimming, climbing gyms, also a gardening club or chess club sounds cool
They would welcome a female but also pleased for an all male house.
Bow has good restaurants, Westfield, largest shopping mall in Europe one tube stop away, several parks including huge Victoria Park and various markets, eg the Columbia Road Flower Market.
