The room is a very spacious exterior double room (approx. 15m²) with lots of natural light coming through a large window with ventilation. It is a very quiet room — no noise from neighbours or flatmates.

The room comfortably fits:
double bed (provided) - mattress was changed 2 years ago.
desk (provided)
chest of drawers (provided)

It also fits 2 wardrobes (we can ask the landlord to provide at least one) and and arm chair.

The house has:
a back garden
open kitchen
large living room
extendable dining table
2 sofas (one of them converts into a guest bed with mattress underneath)
a full bathroom upstairs
an additional toilet downstairs (no shower)

About us:
We are currently 2 people (female/man, Spanish and Greek) living in the house, aged between 30–39. We are respectful, clean, calm, and not into partying.
Lefteris works in IT, is easy-going, always happy to chat, loves tennis and good food, and is currently building a start-up.
Laura is a midwife and yogi, who comes and goes from the UK, so she is only at home around 15 days per month. When I’m in London, I’m usually out of the house all day, mostly doing yoga in Mission Studio. Sometimes we have dinner together, sometimes everyone does their own thing — there is absolutely no pressure.
The house is normally empty during the day, and the kitchen and bathroom are usually free to use, so we don’t have any issues with that. There is also a small toilet downstairs available.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, calm, emotionally mature and easygoing; someone who is mindful of shared spaces and noise (non-party house), proactive with household responsibilities, and respectful of everyone’s routines and personal space.

Ideally, we would be looking for a medium or long-term stay and not have too many belongings, as storage space is a bit limited.

We are also open to couples renting the room. However, as this is a calm, noise-free house, we would want to meet both people personally first to make sure everyone is a good fit and that the environment stays drama-free and respectful. Please note that the price for couples would be different from the one listed in the advert.
