The flat itself is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. There’s a bright new modern kitchen with a small dining area, a lovely lounge for relaxing, watching films or and a balcony with some seating.

Rent:

Rent is £1,100 a month including all bills, so nothing extra to worry about.

About Me:

I’m a 26yr old trans masc/ Nonbinary person. I work as a content producer in a design studio during the week and go in 3 days a week.

I enjoy relaxing, cooking, gaming, keeping fit, socialising and being creative around work.

I’m very easygoing and always up for hanging out, watching a film, cooking something nice, or grabbing a beer, but I also respect personal space.

I like keeping a calm, clean and comfortable atmosphere in the house, and I'm looking for someone similar.

Who I’m looking for:

Someone who is; Mature, Clean and considerate, Self-aware, Easy to get along with and Respects shared spaces and enjoys a relaxed home vibe.

A good communicator, happy to chat about things that need doing around the house and communicating needs clearly and respectfully.

Someone who doesn't work from home ideally.

Someone who is queer or queer friendly.

About the area:

Mile End / Bow is a great area with plenty of local shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants.

The flat is just a 15-minute walk from Mile End station, with excellent connections on the Central, District and Hammersmith & City Line and also a short walk from DLR stations.
