The area is quiet, residential, heaps of green space & right next to the canal. Westferry, Devon’s Road & Mile End station all 15-20m walk.
I have no issues with guests or late nights and I’m confident that responsible, communicative and friendly people can make this flat their home.
The landlord requires a reference and the move date is flexible. Council Tax Band D
