Double room ensuite in a spacious two bed flat

Hi, I’m Tyler! I’m looking for a friendly flatmate for my two-bed flat.

The flat
The flat is spacious and modern with a lot of storage (that I honestly don’t take much advantage of) featuring a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and balcony. I keep it clean and hope for a flatmate that would do the same! The room is a decent size and with some rearranging a desk can fit in there if required, if not the living room has its own glass table to work from. I have an en suite so the ‘flat bathroom’ is essentially all yours with its own bath and shower.

About me
I’m a young, professional hybrid worker looking for the same. I’m a writer, currently working as a legal journalist, but I’m more passionate about my creative work. Love to socialise and hangout, go to the pub or have a movie night. At the same time, very respectful of privacy and our own spaces. Would be great to not feel like just two strangers in a shared space forever, but I'm very understanding of the fact we have our own lives.

The area
The flat is around a 3 minute walk to Bow Road and an 8 minute walk to Mile End, the DLR is also about a 10 minute walk away so there’s plenty of transport links. There’s a few gyms spread around. I go to the one 20 minutes away on the other side of the park, opposite the flat. It’s generally quite a quiet, relaxed neighbourhood and I’ve never had any issues with the neighbours.

Move in date flexible in the month of November with beginning of December latest.
