**Reposting because my plans have now changed and am looking for a sublet on my lovely flat in Bow!**

Looking to sublet my room from 1st December - 30th April . I'm really flexible on dates! I'm open to a shorter or longer sublet, with 1st December –31st January as my minimum.

We're looking for someone in their late 20s who's fun and sociable, but also tidy, considerate and respectful!

The Flat:
The flat is super spacious, modern and filled with natural light, with plenty of storage throughout. There's an open-plan kitchen and living area that opens onto a balcony, the perfect spot for a cheeky rosé !

The Details:
Rent: £1,050 per month + bills (approximately £100/month)
Available from: 1st December
Transport: Bow Church (DLR) and Bow Road (District & Hammersmith & City lines), plus plenty of bus routes
Nearby green space: Around a 20-minute walk to Victoria Park
Shops: Asda and Nisa nearby, with a large Tesco around a 10-minute walk away
Building perks: Concierge and secure bike storage
Local pubs: Great spots nearby, including The Bow Bells and The Lord Tredegar
You'll be living with Rowan, a lovely Scottish housemate who works in fashion.

The Room:
The flat is fully furnished, and the room comes with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. I'll be taking a few personal pieces of furniture with me, but all the essentials are already there, so you'll be ready to move straight in!
