We have up to **4 furnished rooms available** in a welcoming and friendly home, available from **30th November**.

**Rent: £950 per person, per month – all bills included.**

We're looking for professional, considerate and friendly individuals who would enjoy being part of a relaxed, respectful and happy household.

- 2 bathrooms.
- Garden.
- Shared living room and kitchen.
- Washing machine and dishwasher.
- Furnished rooms.
- Part of Bow Quarter and full use of the grounds, Gym & pool use at extra cost.

### The Kind of People We're Looking For

We're hoping to find lovely people who appreciate a clean, peaceful and positive living environment, where everyone is considerate, communicates well and treats the house as a home.

Ideally, you'll be someone who is friendly, positive and easy-going, takes pride in keeping things clean and tidy, respects shared spaces and other people's privacy, and is happy to contribute to a comfortable and harmonious household.

### Location & Transport

Great transport links, with **Bow Church DLR and Bow Road Underground stations** both within a short walking distance, making it easy to get around London.

### The Arrangement
- Available from 30th November.
- Short-term lodging initially, ideally 3–4 months.
- Potential to extend
- £950 per person, per month.
- One month's rent as a deposit, payable upfront.
- All bills included, based on reasonable household usage. Excessive utility usage may incur additional charges.
- If a cleaner is required, this would be an additional shared cost.
