Looking for a new flatmate to flatshare with me in this 2 bedroom flat in Bow Church. It's a top floor flat with plenty of sunlight, a shared lounge area, kitchen, and bathroom, and an already furnished bedroom with a desk and a wardrobe.

£1000 a month, which includes council tax but excludes other bills - the electric/gas/wifi/water is currently around £70 a month each. Council Tax Band C.

The flat is very conveniently located for commuting within London, access to Liverpool Street (20 minutes), Canary Wharf (15 minutes), and Stratford (10 minutes). It's right next to Bow Church station (DLR), 5 minutes walk from Bow Road Station (District/Hammersmith and City Lines), 15 minutes walk to Mile End Station (Central Line), and 25-30 minutes walk to Stratford and Westfield Shopping Centre. Bus networks and National Express options to Stansted Airport also 2 minutes walk away.

Location is also cycle friendly with cycle lanes outside on Bow Road going into the city.

Queen Mary University is 20 minutes walk away and UCL East Campus is 30 minutes walk away.

Nearby parks include Victoria Park, Olympic Park, and Mile End Park.

Tesco Superstore is conveniently located 10 minutes walk away and an Asda Express is also within 5 minutes walk.

Bow Post office is open 6 days a week and also located opposite the flat.

Use of the parking space is not included in the rent - if rental of this is required, this can be discussed further.

A little bit about me:
I'm a 29M who has lived in London for the past 10 years. I work as a Maths teacher and will be working in schools usually 6 days a week. Prior to this, I had been working in London within the Fintech space for 5+ years, working in product and capital markets.

The flat would be ideal for someone who is looking to rent as a lodger in a quiet room in a peaceful home.
