The location is incredible, we are literally within a 5–10-minute walk away from Liverpool St, Spitalfields, Shoreditch High St, Box Park, Columbia Road Flower Market and of course the hustle and bustle of Brick Lane itself.

The area also has excellent transport links, located minutes away from multiple underground and overground stations, not to mention the various bus routes within proximity.

This is a great area to live especially if your new to town and want to explore, make friends and get a real good taste of what the East End is all about.

There is a fully fitted modernised large kitchen with table & four chairs, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and lots of cupboard space.

The flat has full double glazing and gas central heating with a radiator in each room with ample storage space throughout.

The house is rented directly by the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been with this landlord for approx. 4 years and he always respond’s quickly to our needs.
