Single room on Brick Lane

My long term lodger has moved out and her room is available to rent. The flat is on the third floor and on fashionable Brick Lane. It's 5 minutes walk to Shoreditch High Street tube. Zone 2. The flat share would suit someone broad minded and fun. I am easy going and don't want to live with someone hypersensitive and fussy.

The room is only available for three weeks max and would suit someone without much stuff.

The flat has all the usual amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, shared bathroom with bath and shower. It even has some limited air con. You would be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen with me. I need you to be really relaxed and very easy going. I'll reduce the rent further if you'll offer to do the chores or have other suggestions for making your stay with me fun. If this interests you message me and let me know.
