Large En-Suite Room available short term

Hi,

I'm renting out my room short-term as I travel to visit family. The room is a huge double complete with a kingside bed, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. and desk. Everything is nearly new as I moved in two years ago and there is plenty of storage space free in the room, though a good amount of my things will remain.

The rest of the flat consists of a large kitchen-diner with a newly refurbished kitchen with a TV and sofas. There is also ample storage around the flat for someone who may have plenty of things.

The area is fantastic, within easy walking distance to workplaces in Shoreditch and the city with bars, restaurants, museums, and gyms on your doorstep. It is extremely well connected with Aldgate East Station 5 minutes walk away and Whitechapel Station and Liverpool Street Station 10 minutes walk away.

Bills for the stay depend on the length but will ba around 100-150 per month.

You'll be sharing the flat with a flatmate in the other room who is a 27 year old data scientist, a lovely guy who tends to be working during the week

I'm looking to conduct viewings week beginnning 25th January with something finalised shortly after, length of stay is relatively flexible but I have preference something around 6 weeks from 19th February to 28th March.
