I am going on vacation and the room is available from 3rd December till 15th Janurary. Price is £950 in total.

If you are someone looking for a temporary accommodation, spend your holidays in London, etc., this will be an ideal room. Need someone who can maintain the room and keep it clean while I am away.

Brick Lane is less than 10 minutes walk. There are tube stations in walkable distance - Whitechapel (closest one), Aldgate East, Aldgate and Liverpool Street station (furthest one). Basically commute is very easy. If you are someone who enjoys walking, London bridge is less than 30 minutes walk.

There is a kitchen, 2 (bathroom/toilet). Room has wardrobe, chair and table.

Flat mates are chill, everybody minds their own business.
