Looking for considerate and clean housemate

Hey everyone! We are in search for a new member to welcome in to our lovely 3-story, 5 bedroom home on Brick Lane this October.

We are all sociable and tend to get together for dinners, gigs, pints, but also respect each other's privacy and busy lives. We all get along very well, we love our house and we take care of it collectively. We are looking for someone ideally aged 27-35 who is tidy and considerate, but also down to earth and sociable who will be keen to become part of the house. Unfortunately no pets or couples. Professionals only. And we are looking for a female to keep the balance! LGBT friendly x

– – The house – –
The house is in an incredible location, right on Brick Lane and two minutes from Spitalfields Market, close to Whitechapel Gallery, Boxpark, Redchurch Street, Bethnal Green etc. We have a large kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one just a WC). We don't have a shared living room, but we tend to congregate in the kitchen/dining room at dinner time and our rooms are large enough that most of us have some kind of individual living room areas.

The housemates are 1 girl and 3 boys, mixture of creative, clean, considerate people who get along and hangout but we also do our own thing.

Cost – £717.60 per month
Bills – £100 per month roughly
Deposit - Around £822, to be confirmed with landlord (put into the TDS by the landlord)
Availability – 10th of October
