Hello,


I am renting a lovely single room in a 3-bedroom flat in Brixton. The room becomes available on 1st April as our previous flatmate has had to leave the country. Ideally we are looking for a long-term flatmate.
Views are available by scheduling a time via email or whatsapp.
The room is available in a shared flat with 2 other male flatmates. Located in a quiet, safe and clean home area. A 6-month minimum sublet contract will be issued as well, references and 1 month rent up front required.

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant flat and we are also very welcoming!

The ideal flatmate:
We are looking for someone who are independent and outgoing, doesn’t smoke inside the house, take its share part in keeping the flat clean and organised with and having the “leave as you would like to find it” approach. Sometimes we enjoy having a social drink and have some friends around and would love if you want to join however if not, we would completely respect your personal space.

Price:
- Single bedroom: £800.00 every last day of the month and one month deposit £800.00 bills are included. An agreement and receipts will be given also I will ask for a copy of your passport and a reference.
- Room is only for one-person i. e. no couples/sharers
- Available from August 1st
- Deposit and 1st month rent £1.600

Flat:
- Your room is a single bedroom, bright and spacious.
- Fully furnished with a double mattress, 1 wardrobe, one bedside cabinet and a lovely room.

The house:
- Electric heating and double-glazed windows.
- Cupboards, 1 fridge/freezer. 1 washing machine. 1 toilet. 1 electric shower. 24hr hot water.
- Wireless broadband internet.

Local Area:
- Brixton Market offers street food and vintage finds, plus clothes and produce that reflect the area’s Caribbean roots. Casual eateries serving global fare line pedestrian-friendly Brixton Village. Late-night revellers hit celebrated bars and live-music venues such as the O2 Academy Brixton for rock gigs, and Hootananny for cutting-edge sounds.

- Brixton is served 24 hours a day by a wide selection of bus/night buses running in all directions, with most of the major routes passing outside the tube station. Buses, including night buses to central London and the City - 3 min walk

Nearest Tube:
ONLY 3 to 5 minutes’ walk to Brixton Station and Brixton Railway Station the current cost of a 7-day travelcard for Zone 1 and 2 is £32.10

BUSES:
Lots of bus connections, including night buses, to central London and the City are within a few min walk. The nightlife in the West End (Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalgar square etc.) is not too far either and takes 20 min by night bus.
