Double room own shower in family house in Brixton

We are looking for a lodger for our house in Brixton. Ideally, Monday-Friday but we are open to full-time lodgers. Please note the rent for a full-time lodger is £900 pcm plus one month's deposit.

We are a professional couple with two school-age children so the room is in a family home. It is not a flat share. Our current lovely lodger is moving out to buy a flat.

The room is on the ground floor of a three-storey house and has access to a private shower room and toilet.

There is also a shared lounge on the ground floor (which leads to the garden) and shared open-plan kitchen on the first floor with a balcony. Our private lounge is on the first floor and bedrooms/bathroom on the top floor (not shared).

The monthly rent includes utility bills (NOT council tax, Band D), cleaning every fortnight and access to fibre optic broadband.

The house is an 8-minute walk from Brixton tube (Victoria Line, Zone 2), shops and restaurants including Brixton Market /Village. It is 5-minute walk from Loughborough Junction station (Thameslink into central London). Also near Brixton road for frequent buses.  We have secure parking for bikes and parking for cars if needed.
