We're looking for a tenant in our newly refurbished double room in the heart of Brixton.

The house is located 5 minutes walk from Brixton tube and National Rail. Its right in the heart of Brixton, so places to eat such as Brixton Village, POP Brixton, and Brixton Brewery are just a few paces from our doorstep.

The room comes furnished with a double kingsize bed, double-door cupboard, two bedside tables, and a desk.

Whilst the room is excellent and spacious, the highlight of the house is our large open-plan living area, which we had refurbished less than 18 months ago. Its furnished with two L-shaped sofas, a 55"inch TV, dining table, and kitchen island. There's also a record player, 500mb Virgin Media broadband, and Sky Sports.

All bills are included in the headline rental price - this includes a cleaner who comes once a week, as well as all gas/water/electricity/council tax etc...

Outdoors there is a communal garden, with plenty of green space, and areas for bbqs etc...

I'm afraid there is no smoking allowed in the house.
