Double Room in light 2 bed ground floor flat in a small private block in Brixton/Tulse Hill, top of the Brixton hill. A 5 minute walk to Brockwell Park.

I work full-time and live a social active life. So, looking for someone independent and easygoing with their own routine and generally out and about rather than home-based. Someone who is comfortable sharing space in a social and respectful household.

The flat has a compact shared kitchen so suits someone comfortable with fairly light practical use.

Pretty relaxed household, fairly quiet during the working week, more social at weekends, with dinners and occasional late nights with music, within reason.
