Double en-suite room in Brixton Mon-Fri

Hi there, I’m looking to rent out a spare room in my new build flat, which is a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube station.

The room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a large built in wardrobe, bed size table and a chest of drawers.

The whole flat is fully furnished and has a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, lots of storage space. There’s a separate cupboard with a washer/dryer and a lounge with a large sofa, table and chairs and TV. The flat comes with BT internet and all other bills are included.

There is also bike storage available outside of the building.

A bit about me - I’m 29 and work in PR. I’m out a few evenings a week at the gym, playing netball or out with friends, but the other evenings I’m usually in making dinner and watching TV.

I’m looking for someone to rent Monday - Friday from 6 July. Open to short term let’s.
