2 Double Room in House Share with Garden and Drive

Lovely spacious room in 4 storey period house in Brixton with a huge garden and drive way.

We're a friendly household, with 6 of us in the house, aged 29 - 36) all professionals (3 guys and 3 girls). Sadly two of the girls are leaving so looking for someone new to join the group. We are a fun household, all have different interests but hang out allot, often cooking together and enjoying the occasional house party, flat outing/pub or trash tv nights in and are looking for someone social to join the group.

The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and conservatory that leads onto a huge back garden.

We’re about a 10 minute walk from Brixton tube and train stations, less than 5 minutes to Loughborough Junction station and the bus links are excellent!

Rent is £880 and £900 a month and we each pay £120 a month into an account for bills, which covers gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner. The deposit is £583.

Both rooms look out over the back garden so they are on the quiet side of the house and gets minimal street noise and great morning sun all year round. Both rooms are large enough to have a desk to work from home in.

Both rooms come unfurnished, but includes a bed (frame + mattress). One room is available from 1st of December and the other is available from the 6th of December.

As this is a large house, we require our future housemate to be clean, tidy and up for chats over trash tv or dinner. We're quite a social house and housemates usually stay for afew years so looking for someone who adds to that kinda atmosphere.

No couples or pets please (sorry guys!)
