Double room in Brixton

Hi everyone,
I have 1 double room to rent in Brixton.
The house is located in a 10-minute walk from Brixton underground station.
The rooms are furnished with bed, table, and wardrobe.
The rent is £160 per week and it will be paid every 2 weeks. Council tax and Internet are included. Electricity, gas, and water are not included. This will be added to the rent, depending on consumption ( 20/25£ every 2 weeks aprox in winter)
No deposit required.
The new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, kitchen, and bathroom.
Ideally, we are looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoker, and respectful person. This is a very quiet house, and we want to keep it that way. If this sounds like it might suit you, please don't hesitate to contact me.
