Double bedroom in 2 bedroom apartment

I am looking for a young professional to take over my bedroom in this two bedroom apartment ASAP. The room is available immediately with flexibility to move in up until 2nd December. The current lease is until 2nd March and you would then have the option to extend.

I am moving out as I am planning to move back to Australia so you will be sharing the apartment with my best friend Megan. She is 25 and works in the city. We enjoy going for brunch, drinks and also having a movie in.

The apartment is on the second floor and is lovely and modern. It is in a secure gated premises and you will have access to a courtyard area. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to Brixton tube station and Brixton Railway station. Brixton village is on the doorstep with lots of market stalls, restaurants and bars!
