We’re looking for an individual ideally, but couples are also welcome (which would be an extra cost).

** The flat and location **

The flat is a fully furnished luxury two bed apartment above the railway arches, in the heart of Brixton. It’s perfect for commuters: a three minute walk to the Victoria line tube and a two minute walk to the overground. Brixton is famous for its culture, live music, restaurants , markets and cinema. The flat features:

- A bright and spacious open plan designer kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling double glazed windows
- A large TV with Netflix for movie nights and a large table and benches for working from home
- A large south facing balcony which gets sunlight throughout the day until the late afternoon
- A private communal garden for exercising and picnicking
- An air filtration system to keep the indoor air fresh whether the windows are open or not
- Gates, two ground floor entry doors and a secure intercom
- Secure ground floor bike store with locking stations

** The master double room **

The master bedroom has plenty of storage (comes with a large set of drawers and built in wardrobe) and your own private ensuite toilet, sink and shower. Like the balcony and living room, it sits away from the railway (south facing) and gets light throughout the morning through to mid afternoon. It has its own thermostat for setting the room temperature and a super quiet air filtration vent. See bills below.

** The flatmates (landlord)
