Beautiful double room in modern spacious flat

Hi all! We have recently signed a contract for a modern and spacious 3 bed flat in Brixton (Myatts Field area). It has great bus connections to the city (5 mins from bus stop) and within walking distance to Stockwell, Oval, Brixton and Camberwell.

The room available is a double (third bedroom in the video) - it will come furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. On the photo it's a child's room but the landlord is buying all new furniture for us - once we move in we'll update the photos!

The flat is ground floor, light and spacious, with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with new appliances. There is also a separate toilet. The shared lounge is cosy with homeworking space and opens up onto the private balcony that overlooks a communal garden. There is tons of storage throughout the flat (3 huge inbuilt cupboards, built in window seats in kitchen with under storage etc).

You'll be sharing with myself (Mia) and another young professional (Jen).

I'm 25 and work as a social researcher for the civil service. I've got a good group of friends in London but I equally enjoy spending an evening with my housemates watching some crappy tv with a glass of wine. Jen is also 25 and a lawyer. She also loves to spend time with her housemates in the evenings. She likes to keep fit and cook but also loves a night out or a chilled wine and movie night.

It would be great to have a third housemate who would like to become friends, not just a housemate we never see! We only want to share with women, so sorry lads but this isn't the flat for you.

The rent is £750pcm, and we think bills will be around £100 extra. The move in date is anytime after 12 August :)
