We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our house share in Clapham North/Brixton, Our current housemate is leaving us in mid-August. Move in date would be 15th/16th August. We have a garden to the rear which has been a real benefit in recent months.
The house is really spacious over four floors, plus a large basement used for storage.

We're looking for someone with similar interests, up for hanging out and dinners, drinking wine, with their own life too...

We each pay about £80 for bills on top of rent to a total of £885 month.
That includes:

- Bi-weekly cleaner for common areas

- Council Tax
- Communal items such as loo roll and cleaning products
