Double Room Brixton - 8 mins to tube - Gated mews

You are reading the ad for a double bedroom in a gated mews flat, 7-8 minutes walk away from Brixton tube station. The price includes all bills (electricity, gas, internet, water, tv license, council tax, building service charge).

This is for at least a 5-month stay from April until the end of August, with the potential of it being longer/ permanant. I am looking for a clean and tidy person to move in to the double bedroom in a relatively new flat in Brixton in a gated community.

The house comes with an oven, microwave, a wi-fi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It's a new-ish, charming, clean flat so I'm looking for someone tidy, clean and quiet who is after a decent and peaceful accommodation rather than a party house. I will be taking a refundable one month’s deposit from you and return it back at the end of your stay considering everything is as it was.

The house has great links to the city for after hours, a great night bus route takes you back home in no time. There are loads of supermarkets and convenience stores open within 5 minute walking distance. Sainsbury's and The Ritzy Cinema is just around the corner as is The Brixton Village.

You will be sharing the flat with a lovely young professional (male).
