1-2 minute walk from Brixton stations. Multiple bars and restaurants at your doorstop. No neighbours either side and spread over two floors so very quiet.

The flat itself has one double bedroom with built in storage (we put the bedroom downstairs; the video it is upstairs), one bathroom and one toilet room too. A small kitchen but with plenty of storage for 1 person or a couple. There’s also a cupboard for storage in the hallway and under the stairs which are super handy. Upstairs living space with l shape sofa and some extra furniture. Two terraces, the top floor gets light most of the day and night so great for entertaining.
