The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, large desk and storage. The main bathroom is for your use in the mornings as I have an have an ensuite.

You'll have use of a fully equipped kitchen, large open plan dining and living space, tastefully furnished with a 50-inch TV. You can also enjoy summer evenings on the big balcony with views of the London skyline.

Ideal for someone who lives outside London and commutes in for work 2–5 days a week. The flat is quiet, clean and relaxed, so it would suit someone looking for a comfortable base rather than a party house.

I'm the owner of the flat and you'd be sharing with me. So a little bit about me - I'm a professional working in the arts and entertainment industry. I'm very friendly, enjoy a glass of wine and good food. I can recommend shows and exhibitions to see in London, and help you get to know Brixton and the local area.

I occasionally look after my neighbour's friendly dog and may get a small dog in the future, so I'm looking for someone who'd be happy sharing the space with a dog.
