Double room in sociable Brixton house

Room available for 4 months with potential to be made permanent (depending on current housemate and his sabbatical). Dates are flexible but ideally from 31st Jan to 24th May to start.

You’ll be living in a spacious, well-kept house with three great housemates. The home is spread over three floors and includes a garden, large kitchen / living area, separate lounge, bike storage / table-tennis room, and three bathrooms with three showers.

👥 About the housemates
Ben works in Tech, Immy in Supply Chain and Jack in Law. We’re sociable and enjoy house meals, drinks and sports, but everyone also does their own thing most evenings.

💡 Bills are fixed at £150 per month this includes a cleaner who comes every other week for the communal areas.
